"A Truly Honest Review"
I placed an order for rechargeable batteries online and quickly realized I had picked the wrong size—totally my fault! I reached out to Battery Division's Customer Support using the contact info at the bottom of my order confirmation to explain my error. They got back to me super fast, and after I approved a picture of the correct batteries, they shipped them out. Plus, they processed a refund right away since the new item was less expensive. I was kept in the loop the whole time, and Ugne, who handled my case, was fantastic. It's been ages since I've experienced such top-notch customer service. Normally, messing up an online order is a pain, but this company was exceptional, and I’d recommend them without a second thought.
